If you are obtaining financing, we will need a pre-approval letter from a qualified lender before submitting an offer.
Meeting with a lender gives you a clear picture of what to expect financially - from your down payment and closing costs to your projected monthly payment. This will ensure there are no surprises along the way.

Based on your criteria and what you can afford, we will curate and tour homes that align with your lifestyle, priorities, and budget. By viewing properties in person, we help you compare options, assess value, and identify the home that best fits your needs — so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Once we find the right home, we'll work together to craft an offer that's both competitive and strategic. The purchase agreement is the contract that outlines everything: Price, contingencies, timelines, etc. Once submitted, the seller can accept, counter, or reject it. I'll walk you through every detail so you know exactly what you're signing and why.

Every negotiation. Every inspection. Every decision. I’ll handle it with strong strategy and advocate fiercely for you while keeping your best interests at the center of every decision.

Once your offer is accepted, escrow opens and you'll submit an earnest money deposit. This is a good faith payment, of about 1–3% of the purchase price, that shows the seller you're committed. This money is safely held safely in escrow and refundable during the contingency period. It will ultimately be applied toward your down payment and closing costs at the finish line. Throughout this phase, I'll guide you through every moving part: reviewing disclosures and reports, coordinating inspections, securing insurance, and negotiating any repairs that come up - so you move forward feeling informed, protected, and confident.ption

Once all the pieces come together; your loan is finalized, insurance is in place, and you're satisfied with the home's condition, it's time to close! I'll coordinate every last detail to make sure the finish line is as smooth as everything that came before it. Then comes the best part: the keys are yours and you're officially home!
